TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Booking Appointments
Advance Booking: Appointments should be booked in advance to ensure availability.
Walk-ins are accepted subject to availability.
Contact Information: Accurate contact information, including your full name, phone number, and email address, must be provided when booking an appointment.
Minimum Age – Treatment can only be given to those 18 years of age and over
2. Booking Fees
A non-refundable £25 booking fee is required to secure your appointment. The booking fee is redeemable from the cost of your treatment
Payment Methods: Booking fees can be paid via PayPal, bank transfer or cash.
3. Confirmation of Booking
Your appointment will be confirmed when you book.
4. Rescheduling and Cancellations
Rescheduling: Appointments can be rescheduled up to 48 hours before the scheduled
time. The deposit will be transferred to the new appointment.
Cancellations: Appointments cancelled less than 48 hours before the scheduled time will forfeit the deposit.
No-Shows: Failure to attend an appointment without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of the booking fee
5. Late Arrivals
Grace Period: A 15-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals. After this period, the appointment may need to be rescheduled, and the booking fee may be forfeited.
Shortened Service: If you arrive late but within the grace period, your service may be shortened to accommodate the schedule.
6. Refunds
Non-Refundable Booking Fees: Booking fees are non-refundable, except in the case of clinic-initiated cancellations or cancellations within the agreed timescale.
7. Clinic Etiquette
Personal Belongings: The clinic is not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings.
Children and Pets: Please refrain from bringing children and pets to your
appointment
8. Health and Safety
Health Conditions: Inform the clinic of any health conditions, allergies, or special needs at the time of booking.
Pre-Treatment Instructions: Follow all pre-treatment instructions provided by the clinic to ensure the best results and avoid complications.
Post-Treatment Care: Adhere to post-treatment care guidelines to ensure optimal recovery and results.

Treatment Outcomes: Individual results may vary, and specific outcomes are not guaranteed.
Consultation: A thorough consultation will be conducted prior to any treatment to ensure it is suitable for you.
10. Amendments to Terms
