Terms and cancellation policy

1. Booking Appointments

Advance Booking: Appointments should be booked in advance to ensure availability.

Walk-ins are accepted subject to availability.

Contact Information: Accurate contact information, including your full name, phone number, and email address, must be provided when booking an appointment.

Minimum Age – Treatment can only be given to those 18 years of age and over

2. Booking Fees

A non-refundable £30 booking fee is required to secure your appointment. The booking fee is redeemable from the cost of your treatment

Payment Methods: Booking fees can be paid via card machine and cash (no American Express)

3. Confirmation of Booking

Your appointment will be confirmed when you book.

4. Rescheduling and Cancellations

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change. However, appointment time is reserved specifically for you, and late cancellations can leave us unable to offer that appointment to another client.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule your appointment once, provided you give us at least 48 hours’ notice. Your £30 booking fee will be transferred to your new appointment.

Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice

If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice, your £30 booking fee will be forfeited. A new booking fee will be required to make another appointment.

Same-day cancellations

If you cancel or reschedule on the day of your appointment, a cancellation fee of 50% of the booked treatment price will apply.

Non-attendance / No-shows

If you do not attend your appointment and have not cancelled in advance, a fee of 50% of the booked treatment price will apply.

How cancellation times are recorded

The time at which your cancellation or rescheduling message is sent will determine which cancellation fee applies. This means you do not need to wait for the clinic to be open or for us to acknowledge your message.

Future bookings

Any outstanding cancellation or no-show fee must be paid before a further appointment can be booked.

We appreciate your understanding. Our cancellation policy allows us to protect valuable clinic time while continuing to offer our clients the best possible appointment availability.

5. Late Arrivals

Grace Period: A 15-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals. After this period, the no show policy will apply

Shortened Service: If you arrive late but within the grace period, your service may be shortened to accommodate the schedule.

6. Refunds

Non-Refundable Booking Fees: Booking fees are non-refundable, except in the case of clinic-initiated cancellations or cancellations within the agreed timescale.

7. Clinic Etiquette

Personal Belongings: The clinic is not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings.

Children and Pets: Please refrain from bringing children and pets to your appointment

8. Health and Safety

Health Conditions: Inform the clinic of any health conditions, allergies, or special needs at the time of booking.

Pre-Treatment Instructions: Follow all pre-treatment instructions provided by the clinic to ensure the best results and avoid complications.

Post-Treatment Care: Adhere to post-treatment care guidelines to ensure optimal recovery and results.

9. Medical Disclaimer

Treatment Outcomes: Individual results may vary, and specific outcomes are not guaranteed.

Consultation: A thorough consultation will be conducted prior to any treatment to ensure it is suitable for you.

10. Amendments to Terms

Changes to Terms: The clinic reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes.

How deposits count towards cancellation fees

Any deposit already paid counts towards the booking fee. Where a 50% same-day cancellation or no-show fee applies, the deposit already paid is credited towards that 50% fee, not charged in addition.
